Sherwood Public School (SPS) students participate in many fundraisers that support our programs, trips and resources for students. In the past, proceeds have gone towards the new playground equipment, class trips, bus costs for athletic events, iPad purchases and fun events that are free for our students such as our Christmas skate and our sock hops!  Classroom teachers also initiate fundraisers to support charities that help the less fortunate.

Christmas Craft Sale

Every year our school council holds a Christmas Craft Sale which hosts approximately 30 vendors!  Available throughout the day is a hot homemade lunch, treats, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cookie decorating and face painting for the kids and a huge raffle with fantastic prizes!

Easter Turkey Bingo

Each year the school council holds a turkey bingo as a fundraiser just before Easter weekend!  It has become a well attended event by parents and community members alike.  Each game winner gets a turkey or ham and there are 3 larger prizes throughout the evening and one giant Easter Dinner Basket as a grand prize!

QSP Magazine Campaign

Our Magazine fundraiser occurs in the fall. A big thank you to all those who have supported this fundraiser. Please remember that you can order magazines at any time throughout the year. Just go online at (Sherwood ID 10962).

SPS collects new and gently used snowsuits, footwear and other outerwear items in support of the Renfrew County Child Poverty Action Network (CPAN). Collection period will be announced.

Little Caesars Pizzas

Sherwood students sell Little Caesars Pizza Kits to friends and family in the Spring to help reduce the costs of class trips for everyone.  These pizzas are very popular (and delicious!) and students earn $5 for the fundraiser for every pizza kit they sell.

Campbells Soup Labels

Students can bring in a variety of Campbells soup labels and product codes to help Sherwood earn points to receive equipment and supplies for the school for FREE!  Thank you to all parents who have sent in labels so far!
